Collaborative learning at INMT gets deeper meanings with industry actually conducting training at INMT premises for its professional programmes' students in such technologies which are very career-centric and beyond the prescribed curriculum.

Soft Skill Programmes

A special certificate course for English language development of the students is available for non-English speaking students at various levels. These help students learn the English language quickly and also enable their smooth transition to higher level professional programmes offered at INMT

Outbound Training/Personality Development Programmes

Bridge Programmes / Personality Development Programmes are regularly conducted in all the institutions for preparing the students for their professional life and also to train them to face interviews for jobs.

Students Clubs & Committees

Student Clubs and its activities hold the most memorable time for students. Experience of a business school can never be restricted to academic and class room learning but rather goes beyond learning from books to all round development of students. Every year students join INMT from all parts of the country, hence, bringing in values and interests from several different cultures across India. Enrolling for a club of their choice and organizing interesting activities throughout the year provides them an opportunity to know their peers better, learn to work in a team, learn to work under time and budget constraints.

With a view to make management students “industry-ready”, we need to sharpen their ability for analysis, problem-solving and communication The objective of this club is to unleash the leadership and managerial potential of the students through encouraging them to participate in various management activities, like Quizzes, Debates, Case study competitions, Role Playing, Group Discussions and a host of other activities. These activities give a wonderful platform for the development of personality of students, enhancement of communication skills and decision making power whilst enhancing the spirit of participation amongst students. In all, this student managed club is one where the knowledge imparted in the classroom is supplemented by inputs that improve attitude (what the students believe and feel) and skills (what they are able to do) that enhances their overall learning experience at INMT.
