Course Design The programme follows Semester pattern of teaching and learning. During the first year, the student will develop an overview of business, its environment and management with essential skills and tools necessary for business life. This provides the foundations to prepare the students to undertake advanced modules in the second and the third year of the degree programme. The advanced modules focus on a closer examination of the operations of business, particularly on the use and management of key resources, such as people, finance and information technology from a strategic perspective.

Due to the fast changing trends and patterns of the world of Finance, the course MFC is redesigned as Master of Commerce (Financial and Control) or MBA in Financial Management. It brings new changes in traditional and ultra modern pedagogy including case study based on brain storming session, quizzes, assignments, Project reports etc. MFC is a regular two year programme which is duly approved by Dept. of higher education, Govt. of Odisha and affiliated to Utkal University. This programme comprises of Four semester and total of 24 papers in two year.
